This newly created role will report to the Deputy General Counsel. This person will take ownership of critical corporate work-streams, including: corporate governance, securities, equity compensation matters, AI regulatory work, and corporate development projects. This is a high-impact generalist role that rewards strategic thinking as much as technical legal skill: no two weeks will look the same, and the work you do will directly shape how Greenhouse operates and grows.
