Duties/Responsibilities: Independently manage paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Optimize ad placements, targeting, and creative strategies to meet client objectives. Conduct performance analysis and reporting using Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics. Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-tier client accounts, managing up to 12โ€“14 accounts or $50,000 in MRR. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and audience targeting. Address client escalations autonomously and propose resolution plans as needed. Apply advanced optimization techniques such as A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative testing to enhance performance and ROI. Deliver data-driven insights and persuasive presentations to influence client decisions. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, helping develop foundational paid social skills. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and performance. Required Skills/Abilities: 3-5 years of agency and e-commerce experience. Familiarity with various advertisement ecosystems across ALL major social media platforms. Experience and confidence working in a client-facing role.
