We’re seeking a self-motivated, creative intern interested in joining a fast-paced, data-driven startup that is changing the Supply Chain industry through real-time tracking and end-to-end visibility. Through our internship program, you’ll join the Product Team where you’ll gain real-world experience creating scalable, high-quality product/technical content for FourKites’ internal and external communities. You will help to educate, train, and reduce internal inquiries and customer case submissions by adding content to our customer and partner-facing Knowledge Base and our internal product documentation. You’ll work closely with the Product Operations team as we look for creative ways to improve our online documentation and meet the needs of our audience.
