Your Impact: The Facilities Coordinator supports the Global Head of Facilities and Real Estate Planning by managing day-to-day operations across our Somerville campuses, ensuring smooth building operations and rapid response to facilities needs. Reports to: Global Head of Facilities and Real Estate Planning Location: On-site position based in Somerville, MA Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for all daily facilities requests, repairs, and maintenance across Somerville campuses. Serve as primary emergency contact for Somerville facilities. Triage incoming requests by urgency and implement or delegate solutions that are practical and cost effective. Coordinate directly with local vendors (HVAC, electrical, access control, etc.)
