Job Summary Formlabs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced floor lead to lead a team in a state-of-the-art digital additive manufacturing service operation. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of safety and quality. The floor lead will oversee 3d printing production daily operations. This position is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within the dynamic and growing field of digital fabrication. Responsibilities : Team Leadership: Lead an hourly labor pool and support functions, resource planning and training. Foster a positive and collaborative environment for our Team members that emphasizes safety, quality, and accountability. Operational Excellence: Oversee main aspects of pr
