The Job: The Packout Team Lead is a key role responsible for ensuring the packout area operates with zero downtime and uninterrupted flow. This is a non-manager role and supports the Production Manager and takes ownership of driving performance, maintaining safety, and optimizing team productivity. The ideal candidate leads by example, makes quick decisions to keep operations moving, and sets a high standard for efficiency and accountability. The hours are 2pm-10:3pm, Mon-Fri.
