What this role is asking for.
FloQast is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Human Resource Business Partner to serve as a resource for our Go-To-Market (GTM) org which includes Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. In this role, you will support the day-to-day people operations and long-term talent strategies that drive our GTM teams forward. You will operate as a trusted advisor to GTM managers and leadership, ensuring that our organizational health and talent initiatives are synchronized with business growth objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen and a proven ability to navigate the high-velocity environment of a high-growth SaaS company. You will not merely manage HR programs; you will partner with our revenue-driving teams to enable their success and foster a high-performance culture. *Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader.
