Senior Corporate Paralegal

Everlaw's Legal team is a tight-knit, high-impact group that supports every corner of the business. We are hiring a Senior Corporate Paralegal to be a core operational backbone for the team — owning the recurring "machinery" of corporate, compliance, and policy work, and providing flexible support to commercial and litigation matters as they arise. This is a full-time exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr.
