The role You'll work directly with a Head of Robotics Operations on one of the most strategically important challenges in the business: building the human data supply chain that powers Encord's growth. As we push toward our most ambitious revenue targets, the ability to source reliable, high-quality human data at scale has never mattered more. You'll own initiatives end-to-end — from scoping the problem to building the plan to delivering results. You'll connect teams, build frameworks, and turn priorities into action.
