Our matching, our product decisions, our growth, our commercial bets all depend on understanding what's actually happening across the business, and right now that intelligence lives in too many places. This is a founding role to own the data foundation of Dex end to end: the data models underneath everything, the pipelines that connect our systems, and the data platform that the whole company (and our agents) builds on top of.
