Sr. Manager, Field Engineering (Specialist) - HCLS

FEQ327R502 Mission Reporting to the Tech GM of Field Engineering, the Specialist Solutions Architect Manager for Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) will lead a high-impact team of Specialist Solutions Architects (SSAs) and SSA Team Leads/Managers across the North East region. You will cultivate, guide, and scale a dynamic organization focused on enterprise software, big data, healthcare interoperability (e.g., FHIR/HL7), clinical/claims analytics, real-world evidence (RWE), and medical AI/ML applications. Leading this specialized pre-sales engine, you will partner closely with Sales leadership to drive consumption, maximize ARR, and help healthcare providers, payers, and pharmaceutical organizations achieve transformational business and patient outcomes. You will scale and operate a world-class tier of field engineers to accelerate Databricks' dominance within the HLS vertical.
