About the Role CoreWeave is seeking a dynamic Senior Counsel, Capital Markets, to join our Legal and Government Affairs team. If hired, you will support a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including capital markets transactions (public and private debt and equity offerings), as well as M&A and strategic investments. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel - Capital Markets, you will partner closely with key stakeholders, including Corporate Development, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and Finance.
