What You'll Do: The Talent Acquisition team at CoreWeave is responsible for building the commercial engine that powers CoreWeave's growth. The Director, Business Recruiting is a strategic leader responsible for scaling CoreWeave's Business and related functions, including Revenue, GTM (Pre- and Post-Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing) and G&A (Legal, People Ops, Finance, Procurement, and Executive Support). You'll build and execute recruiting strategies, lead a high-performing team, and partner closely with Business leadership to attract and retain top-tier talent.
