About the Role: CoreWeave is growing fast, and so is the demand on our People Business Partner (PBP) team. We're looking for a People Business Partner to support our G&A organizations, serving as the first point of contact for managers and employees while building toward a strategic skill set. This is a paired model: you'll work alongside senior PBPs who own the strategic layer across G&A, while you handle the day-to-day employee and manager needs that keep people supported and programs running. You'll get broad exposure across multiple functions, build trusted relationships with managers and employees, and develop the full toolkit of a high-performing business partner.
