About the Role: CoreWeave's People Business Partner team runs a growing portfolio of programs and the operational surface area is expanding alongside the company. We're looking for a People Program Manager to own the systems, workflows, and program infrastructure that enables the PBP team to operate at their best. This is a builder role with real ownership—you'll drive operational program work for the whole function.
