What You’ll Do: CoreWeave is seeking a highly skilled and motivated manager to join our Hardware Engineering Team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Hardware Engineering. In this role you will support the Hardware Engineering (METAL) team. METAL is responsible for building firmware bundles, testing, validation, automation, sustaining support, and hardware failure analysis. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the team’s roadmap, creating a hiring plan to grow the team, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, managing the team’s day to day workloads, and working closely with CoreWeave hardware vendors on advanced failure analysis.
