Sr Product Analyst

Opportunity Overview: Cohere Health is seeking a full-time, in-office (Hyderabad) Sr. Product Analyst to join our AI-powered payment integrity business. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Management and Software Engineering teams to advance our payment audit workflows and data mining solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional attention to detail, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams both locally and globally. A 30-45 day orientation period is included to support onboarding and ramp-up. What you’ll do: Partner with key subject matter experts and business stakeholders to ensure clarity of business needs, use cases, and solution intent Ensure the creation of clear, complete, and testable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria to support shared understanding and high-quality delivery Serve as a liaison between product leadership, design, data, engineering, and operations teams throughout the development and maintenance of healthcare payment integrity applications Drive continuous improvement of requirements definition, backlog refinement, and sprint planning processes, promoting consistent use and measurement of Agile best practices Contribute to documenting product
