What this role is asking for.
Coder is hiring its first Sales Enablement Manager for EMEA, who will sit within our Content & Learning pillar and report directly to the Head of Sales Enablement. You will be the enablement presence for the region, creating and adapting content, building programs, and supporting the EMEA sales team across a diverse set of markets. This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment, knows how enterprise sales work across EMEA, and can move between content creation, regional training, and cross-functional collaboration without losing momentum. You'll work closely with the global enablement team, Marketing, and Product Marketing while independently owning the regional agenda. If you're someone who knows that a playbook that works in North America doesn't automatically work in EMEA, loves building things that sales teams actually use, and wants to be the first enablement hire in a region with real room to shape how it's done, this role is for you. This position follows a hybrid work model. Candidates should be local and able to work from our London office on a regular weekly basis, with scheduling flexibility.
