We are looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to build strong, long-term relationships with our clients and help them achieve success using our products and services. The Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. What would you do if hired? Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Understand customer goals, challenges, and business needs Drive customer adoption, engagement, and overall satisfaction Manage renewals and proactively address retention risks Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product, Professional Services) to deliver a seamless customer experience Track account health, usage, and performance metrics Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and success planning with customers Resol
