The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving customer success. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, ensure they are getting the most out of our solutions, and drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. This role requires a proactive and customer-centric approach, with a strategic mindset and focus on building long-term partnerships. This role requires you to work during US business hours, Monday through Friday. What would you do, if hired?
