As Patient Operations Coordinator, you are the connective tissue that keeps the entire care model running — making sure no patient slips through the cracks and no advocate gets stuck waiting on a stray task. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a true jack-of-all-trades role at the heart of how Careway delivers care. No two days will look the same. One hour you might be calmly walking a frustrated 78-year-old through her insurance change; the next you might be routing incoming faxes to patient charts, then jumping into our help channel to answer a physician's rescheduling question, then calling a payor on behalf of our bill...
