About the Role CareTalk Health is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and financial operations. The Staff Accountant will work directly with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), assisting with daily accounting activities, month-end close processes, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger support. This role provides hands-on exposure to healthcare finance and accounting operations while offering mentorship from a CPA with extensive experience in public accounting, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
