You will lead clients through discovery, configuration, solution design, integration set up, and training. You will act as the customer-facing quarterback to ensure clinical workflows are implemented seamlessly to ensure a successful go-live. Key components of this role include technical fluency and clear communication. You should be comfortable discussing topics such as system design, APIs, data models, and SDK-driven extensions. You should also be equally comfortable translating those concepts into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.
