About the Role Campus is seeking experienced, mission-driven, student-centered AI for Business instructors to deliver high-impact, online courses as part of our many programs. You’ll join a growing network of faculty dedicated to creating meaningful learning experiences for students from all backgrounds, particularly those historically underserved by higher education. What You’ll Teach - AI for Business - AI Integration in Business I - AI Integration in Business II - Applied AI for Document and Linguistic Analysis - Data Analysis with AI - Introduction to Applied AI for Business Operations Academic Responsibilities and Essential Functions - Teach 11-week live, online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies. - Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning and student participation. - Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours. - Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community. - Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course, including mentoring the TA on effective grading and student engagement practices. - Evaluate student progress, maintain grad...
