What the Role Is Our NYC Showroom is where the Babylist brand comes to life in person, and the Shift Lead keeps it running at its best. Reporting to the Showroom Manager, you're a key-holder and floor leader who helps guests build their registry, discover the right baby products, and feel cared for from the moment they walk in. You'll lead by example during your shifts, support and coach the showroom team, and own the day-to-day operational details that keep the space humming.
