About the Role — Workforce & Equity Operations Specialist We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Specialist to drive HR operations across Time & Workforce Operations and Global Equity Administration . Based in Taiwan within the Employee Experience team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant tracking of global attendance and equity data. Key Responsibilities Time & Workforce Operations Attendance & Shift Management : Oversee global employee attendance and leave administration, maintain shift and on-call schedules to ensure seamless operation.
