About the role We're looking for an Art Director to help shape how Claude shows up in brand campaigns. You'll be a hands-on creative partner working closely with our brand and marketing teams, concepting and driving campaigns. We need someone who's built ideas from a brief, sold them in a room, and seen them through to production. You should be as comfortable sketching a concept on a whiteboard as you are directing a photographer on set or briefing an agency partner. Some campaigns you'll build and ship entirely in-house; others you'll run through external agencies, acting as the creative through-line between our team and theirs. Either way, you're hands-on and you own the outcome. This role is deep in campaign craft, but broad beyond it. Within a campaign, you hold the bar for the work, down to the last detail.
