About the role Anthropic's Life Sciences team is looking for a Partnership Manager to be the day-to-day owner of our most strategic relationships - partnerships that pair Claude directly with biotech company formation and R&D. You'll be intimately involved in everything we do with our initial cohort of partners. Each of these relationships has its own technical roadmap, its own metrics for success, and a wide set of internal and external stakeholders who need to be managed closely. Our initial partners are bringing real ambition and specificity to what they want to build with us — developing new skills, creating companies, and in some cases rethinking how biotech venture capital itself works. We need someone who can match that level of intensity and excellence as these partnerships kick off and move into execution over the next several months, owning each relationship end-to-end rather than negotiating an ambitious scope and then handing it off to a generalist GTM or Applied AI motion.
