The Role As Communications Lead you’ll be owning both the internal and external communications at Aiven. We think that the biggest opportunities around internal communications lie in curating narratives that separate signal from noise and connect our strategy in a meaningful way to the everyday work of our employees. AI has made content production cheap and created a need for communication that is trusted and truly worth someone's time. Externally you’ll focus on translating the complexities of a highly technical product into narratives that land with a wider audience and are further amplified by media. To drive this home you’ll be partnering with several stakeholders from Marketing, Product, People and Sales organizations.
