Event Specialist The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Brand & Events Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their events career who is eager to get hands-on experience across the full event lifecycle, from trade shows and conferences to webinars and internal events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a collaborative spirit and genuine enthusiasm for creating experiences that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement. What You'll Do Support the planning and execution of 20–40 events per year, including trade shows, industry conferences, sponsored events, customer dinners, webinars, and internal company events. Coordinate event logistics end-to-end: including vendor management, shipping, swag, and on-site execution. Manage webinar production using platforms such as Zoom, including setup, speaker coordination, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Growth Engineering teams to align event programming with campaign goals and business priorities. Support pre- and post-event marketing activities, including promotional emails, landing pages, and follow-up sequences in HubSpot.
