The Opportunity You will play a key role in enhancing Total Rewards operations and execution at Zuora across both compensation and benefits. In this role, you will help assess, evolve, communicate, and administer competitive Total Rewards programs that support all ZEOs. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Total Rewards, you will partner closely with ZEO Success and business leaders to deliver high-quality, white glove support while helping elevate Zuora’s Total Rewards programs. This is a remote position, with occasional opportunities to gather with the team for office visits, events, or offsites. If you are located near an office, you are also encouraged to work onsite.
