The Opportunity We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team! The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is both a hands-on technical advisor and a trusted strategic partner for our customers. You’ll dive deep into the Zuora platform — designing workflows, analyzing data models, writing SQL queries, and advising on API integrations — while also guiding customers on how to best architect and scale their subscription business. You’ll balance technical problem-solving with strategic advisory, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are both technically sound and aligned with business goals.
