Role Overview Zeta Global’s EMEA Activation team operates across London, Paris and Madrid, working closely with colleagues in the US. The Partnership Team Coordinator will be based in our London office and report directly to the SVP, EMEA. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Client Partnerships team and London office. The successful candidate will coordinate team operations, meetings, events, office management and stakeholder logistics while helping maintain a high standard of organisation, communication and client experience. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The role works closely with sales, marketing and leadership teams and acts as a key point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Executive & Team Support Manage complex calendars, meetings and scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones. Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring accuracy of attendees, logistics and communications. Proactively manage priorities, flag scheduling conflicts and keep stakeholders informed of key deadlines. Event & Logistics Coordination Independently coordinate team meetings, client events, off-sites and travel logistics from planning through execu
