Job Title: Billing Manager Location: Hyderabad, India Department: Finance Reports To: Area Vice President Position Summary The Billing Manager will lead the billing operations for a Global part of the Zeta business, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, compliance with local and international accounting standards, and adherence to contractual requirements. This role will oversee the end-to-end billing process through a team based in Hyderabad and act as a key liaison between regional finance, sales, legal, operations and collections teams. Key Responsibilities Billing Operations & Management Oversee end-to-end billing processes for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual terms and local tax regulations. Manage the monthly invoicing cycle, credit notes, adjustments, and reconciliations. Review and approve complex billing cases, pricing changes, and non-standard agreements. Partner with FP&A and accounting teams for month-end close, accruals, and reporting. Drive simplification and efficiency in all processes whilst conforming to SOX regulations. Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a team of billing analysts and specialists in Hyderabad.
