Manager, Revenue & Contract Analytics Position Overview Zeta Global is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager, Revenue & Contract Analytics to lead the development and operational ownership of a contract entitlement tracking and usage reconciliation framework. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate cost assignment, margin transparency, revenue recognition support, and overage billing integrity across client contracts. The position will operationalize a structured tracking process that consolidates contractual entitlements and reconciles them against actual platform and service usage across multiple enterprise systems. The Manager will play a critical role in building and leading a Hyderabad-based Analytics team and transitioning ownership of the process from the Cost Analysis team to a scalable, repeatable reporting function. Key Responsibilities Compile and maintain a comprehensive repository of all active client contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs). Translate contractual entitlements into clearly defined, trackable usage metrics. Reconcile actual client usage against contractual entitlements on a monthly basis. Aggregate and reconcile usage data across Apptio, Snowflake, Salesforce (SFDC), Jira, and ZMP platform systems.
