What this role is asking for.

The role / impact This role centres on guiding, coaching, and mentoring a team of Partner Consultants to deliver outstanding partner experiences and exceptional technical go-to-market support for our sales division. You will assume responsibility for the successful growth and development of your team, creating tactical plans to ignite and develop our accounting and bookkeeping partners. Your efforts will directly influence how our community adopts Xero practice tools, ensuring small businesses operate with greater efficiency every day. By driving an engaging, high-performance culture, you will motivate your team to meet national agreed sales targets and key performance metrics. You will serve as an escalation point for key partners, continually refining systems and procedures to foster seamless interactions across business functions. Your leadership will bridge the gap between front-line contributors and senior leadership, shaping strategy while supporting the personal and professional growth of each team member.
