Senior Marketing Manager

The role / impact In this role, you will lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Canada, which represents one of our most strategically important international growth markets. Reporting directly to the GM of Growth Marketing, International Markets, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns tailored for national Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners as well as Small Business customers. By collaborating closely with Enterprise sales, regional operations, and global creative teams, you will drive brand awareness, product consideration, and customer conversion across the region. Your impact will be highly visible as you directly influence small business growth contribution, marketing qualified leads, and the health of the sales pipeline. You will balance long-term growth strategies with short-term tactical initiatives, taking accountability for a dedicated regional budget and utilising data-driven insights to continuously optimise campaign performance.
