Position overview You’ll work alongside the Head of Investments to source, assess, structure, and monitor BTC lending opportunities. You will be involved in structuring investment solutions and assisting with day to day operations in the investment team. Expect a fast, analytical, and highly collaborative environment with significant exposure to external counterparties. Responsibilities: Counterparty due diligence: gather data, analyze financials, evaluate risk controls, and draft clear approval memos. Structuring: help design secured/over-collateralized lending structures, covenants, waterfalls, and margin frameworks.
