Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Receive new dispatch tickets and coordinate with partner vendor list • Source local vendors when partner vendors unavailable (phone calls, research) • Manage bidding process and compile information for Walgreens approval submission • Ensure approved jobs are completed within timeline with partner vendors • Close out tickets upon job completion • Client-facing communication with partner vendors via phone and email Qualifications: • Must manage emails, tickets, and vendor communications • Must communicate professionally with Walgreens and partner vendors • Must be client-facing and make phone calls to partn...
