This requires a new kind of role - one that blends engineering, automation, experiment velocity, and GTM execution. About the Role We are hiring a full-time GTM Automation Engineer to architect, automate, and optimize our outbound growth systems. This is a hybrid role combining Clay automation expertise, light engineering, outbound infrastructure, experimentation, and crisp copywriting. You will build and maintain the machine behind our outbound engine: Clay workflows, enrichment pipelines, domain infrastructure, multi-tool integrations, personalization systems, and data dashboards. You will run high-velocity experiments, write conversion-focused outbound copy, troubleshoot deliverability, and scale sending volume across hundreds of thousands of leads.
