About the job The Social Worker will be a part of an Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) under the supervision of the Supportive Care Clinical Manager. The individual in this role provides essential support and care to patients and families in collaboration with their manager and IDT and assists with developing and implementing an effective plan of care for Vynca patients in support of the physical, psychological, and spiritual care. This is a per diem position.
