The Operational Effectiveness leader sits at the intersection of data, process, and people — translating complex revenue cycle performance data into actionable insights for leadership, building the reporting infrastructure that Virta's RCM organization currently lacks, and managing the high-priority initiatives that do not fit neatly into front-end or back-end operational domains.
