About the Role The SEC Accountant is an individual contributor who supports the organization’s SEC reporting and external financial disclosure requirements, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of filings submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. This role plays a critical part in the preparation and review of the Company’s quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) reports, proxy statements (DEF 14A), earnings releases, and other SEC filings, in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
