Salesforce Platform Engineer

As a Salesforce Platform Engineer at Vanta, you will build the developer experience and deployment foundation that our Salesforce engineering team relies on every day. You'll establish modern CI/CD practices, harden our release pipeline, instrument our platform with observability, feature flags, and get our codebase ready for AI-assisted development workflows. Reporting to the Lead of Salesforce Architecture, you'll own this domain end-to-end during an initial 9–12 month buildout, after which the role evolves into a 50/50 split between continued Platform/DX ownership and traditional Salesforce Engineering. The Business Systems team owns the platforms and infrastructure that GTM teams rely on daily. We build and maintain Salesforce, integration workflows, data pipelines, and automation that help Vanta scale while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
