What this role is asking for.
We’re building a communication platform for Tier-1 markets with over 1 million users across the US, Canada, and the UK, transforming the way people connect and interact online. The product combines real-time communication, content, and social networking mechanics to create a space for authentic interaction — with no ads inside the platform. About the role: We are currently scaling our UA direction and looking for an experienced Senior UA Manager ready to take full ownership of Google Ads and Bing Ads, with the opportunity to grow into a Lead role and build their own team over time. This is not a support-focused position. You will independently shape the strategy, manage a $1M+ monthly budget, and test new acquisition channels across Tier-1 markets — without micromanagement or excessive approval layers. Within 6–12 months, depending on performance and business needs, this role is expected to evolve into a Lead UA position with team management and full P&L ownership.
