WHAT YOU’LL DO - Contribute to the design of group-wide reporting standards and planning foundations, including reporting hierarchies and budget/forecast cadence, identifying automation and process improvement opportunities along the way. - Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Product to deliver timely financial insights, KPI tracking, and business cases, translating numbers into clear, actionable language for non-finance stakeholders. - Support and streamline the monthly close cycle, working closely with the finance team to improve the speed, accuracy, and structure of the close process and progressively contributing to the build-out of group consolidation and management reporting. - Support ad-hoc strategic finance work, including scenario modelling and new market or initiative analysis.
