Full Stack Developer (GraphQL)

About the Role We are seeking a GraphQL Expert to design and implement scalable GraphQL APIs that power physician network growth, member engagement, and operational decision-making. You'll work on modern, mission-critical applications serving physicians, members, and internal stakeholders. You'll architect GraphQL solutions that enable efficient, flexible data access for web and mobile applications, collaborate across product and engineering teams, and establish best practices for API design and implementation across the organization. What You'll Do Design and architect scalable GraphQL APIs that serve multiple frontend applications and third-party integrations Implement GraphQL schemas, resolvers, and data loaders that optimize query performance and minimize over-fetching Build backend services using Node.js and Nest.js that power GraphQL API endpoints Mentor and guide other engineers on GraphQL best practices, schema design patterns, and performance optimization Optimize GraphQL query execution, caching strategies, and subscription handling for production workloads Collaborate with frontend engineers using React to ensure API design meets application needs Conduct code reviews focused on GraphQL architecture, security, and performance Work with cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) to deploy and monitor GraphQL services in production Document GraphQL schemas, API patterns, and ar...
