About the Role As a Workplace Coordinator in our San Francisco office, you will partner with Workplace Operations to manage day-to-day office operations and create an environment where employees can thrive. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and brings strong problem-solving skills to everything they do. This position is based in our San Francisco office five days per week and is a great opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Daily Operations & Employee Support Assist with welcoming and onboarding new hires Provide on-site support and serve as a first point of contact for employee questions Assist the Workplace team with day-to-day activities as directed Deliver exceptional customer service through Gmail, Slack, and our Support Portal — for both in-office employees and remote employees Gather and relay employee feedback on the workplace to help drive continuous improvement Manage the swag program Cover the reception desk as needed Facilities & Office Maintenance Handle incoming mail and package processing Initiate maintenance and repair calls to keep the office running efficiently Liaise with janitorial team to maintain office organization and cleanliness Serve as a liaison to building management regarding facilities issues Coordinate badge and key fob distribution and access Oversee guest access procedures Serve as an
