About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance to help turn complex data into clear financial insight, operational strategy, and decision support for Tia’s next phase of growth. In this role, you’ll build financial models, analyze business performance, write SQL to extract operational data, and partner cross-functionally with teams across Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and leadership. You’ll support forecasting, unit economics, long-range planning, investor and Board materials, and strategic analyses that help Tia scale a stronger, more efficient care delivery business.
