About the team Stripe is looking for an outstanding transactional lawyer to join our commercial legal team supporting our fast-growing business in APAC. What you'll do Responsibilities • Support the APAC Sales team, leading negotiations for complex and strategic agreements • Advise on a wide range of commercial and legal issues, including launch of new products to Stripe users and support international expansions • Be an integral part of the build out of the commercial legal infrastructure so that we can scale and operate efficiently at pace with our exponential growth—this work includes drafting and maintaining Stripe agreements and playbooks, leading and contributing to projects to improve internal processes, leveraging AI tooling to optimize how we work and collaborate with our clients, partners, and users • Partner with teams across Stripe globally, including sale
